New Delhi: राजधानी दिल्ली में शनिवार को आई तेज आंधी और बारिश का असर दिल्ली अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर भी देखने को मिला। खराब मौसम के कारण ग्राउंड सपोर्ट उपकरण अपनी जगह से खिसक गए और एयर इंडिया के तीन विमानों से टकरा गए, जिससे उन्हें नुकसान पहुंचा।
दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट के ऑपरेटर के अनुसार, यह घटना टर्मिनल-2 पर खड़े एयर इंडिया के तीन नैरोबॉडी विमानों के साथ हुई। अचानक आई तेज हवाओं और बारिश के चलते एयर इंडिया इंजीनियरिंग तथा इंडिगो के कुछ ग्राउंड उपकरण नियंत्रण से बाहर होकर विमानों से टकरा गए।
संचालन से बाहर किए गए विमान
घटना के बाद तीनों विमानों को तत्काल संचालन से बाहर कर दिया गया। एयरलाइन सूत्रों के मुताबिक, प्रभावित विमानों में से दो को जल्द ही दोबारा सेवा में शामिल किया जा सकता है, जबकि तीसरे विमान की मरम्मत में अधिक समय लग सकता है।
एयर ट्रैफिक कंट्रोल ने नहीं दी थी चेतावनी
एयरपोर्ट ऑपरेटर का कहना है कि मौसम में अचानक हुए बदलाव को लेकर एयर ट्रैफिक कंट्रोल (ATC) की ओर से कोई पूर्व चेतावनी जारी नहीं की गई थी। इसी वजह से ग्राउंड पर मौजूद उपकरणों को समय रहते सुरक्षित स्थान पर नहीं ले जाया जा सका।
अन्य विमानों पर भी पड़ा असर
सूत्रों के अनुसार, खराब मौसम की वजह से केवल एयर इंडिया ही नहीं, बल्कि अन्य एयरलाइंस के कुछ विमान भी प्रभावित हुए हैं। हालांकि, नुकसान की विस्तृत जानकारी अभी सामने नहीं आई है।
फिलहाल एयरपोर्ट प्रशासन और संबंधित एजेंसियां घटना की जांच कर रही हैं और क्षतिग्रस्त विमानों का तकनीकी निरीक्षण किया जा रहा है।
