धर्मेंद्र प्रधान के बाद प्रल्हाद जोशी के हाथों में शिक्षा मंत्रालय, जानिए उनकी राजनीतिक पहचान
राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मु ने प्रधानमंत्री की सलाह पर धर्मेंद्र प्रधान का इस्तीफा स्वीकार कर लिया है, जिसके बाद केंद्रीय मंत्री प्रल्हाद जोशी को शिक्षा मंत्रालय का अतिरिक्त प्रभार सौंपा गया है।
नई दिल्ली: केंद्र सरकार में एक बड़ा फेरबदल देखने को मिला है। केंद्रीय मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान के इस्तीफे के बाद प्रल्हाद जोशी को शिक्षा मंत्रालय (Ministry of Education) का अतिरिक्त कार्यभार सौंपा गया है।
राष्ट्रपति भवन से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मु ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की सलाह पर धर्मेंद्र प्रधान का इस्तीफा स्वीकार कर लिया है। इसके साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री की सलाह पर ही यह निर्देश दिया गया कि कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रल्हाद जोशी को उनके मौजूदा पोर्टफोलियो के अलावा शिक्षा मंत्रालय की जिम्मेदारी भी दी जाए।
कौन हैं प्रल्हाद जोशी?
प्रल्हाद जोशी कर्नाटक के धारवाड़ से लोकसभा सांसद हैं। वर्तमान में वह भारत सरकार में उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय और नवीन एवं नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा मंत्रालय (MNRE) की जिम्मेदारी संभाल रहे हैं। इसके अलावा, वह अंतरराष्ट्रीय सौर गठबंधन (International Solar Alliance) के अध्यक्ष के रूप में भी अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं। अब उनके पास शिक्षा मंत्रालय का भी जिम्मा आ गया है।
