आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री एन. चंद्रबाबू नायडू ने शनिवार को तिरुमाला तिरुपति देवस्थानम (TTD) के अंतर्गत आने वाले मंदिरों को अत्याधुनिक आध्यात्मिक केंद्रों में बदलने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि परंपरा और अत्याधुनिक तकनीक का सही मिश्रण तीर्थयात्रियों के अनुभव को और बेहतर बना सकता है।

सुगम दर्शन के लिए तकनीक पर जोर

वैकुंठम कतार परिसर में आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI) सक्षम ‘इंटीग्रेटेड कमांड एंड कंट्रोल सेंटर’ (ICCC) के संचालन की समीक्षा करते हुए, मुख्यमंत्री ने ‘प्रोएक्टिव गवर्नेंस’ के महत्व को रेखांकित किया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि ऐसी प्रणालियों को और मजबूत किया जाए जो श्रद्धालुओं को होने वाली संभावित असुविधाओं का पहले से अनुमान लगा सकें और वास्तविक समय (Real-time) में उनका समाधान कर सकें।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ICCC को एक तीर्थयात्री की यात्रा के हर चरण की निगरानी करनी चाहिए—प्रवेश द्वार से लेकर कतारों तक, और दर्शन के पूरा होने से प्रस्थान तक—ताकि सेवा के उच्चतम मानक सुनिश्चित किए जा सकें।

AI और सुरक्षा प्रणालियों का विस्तार

अधिकारियों ने मुख्यमंत्री को ICCC की क्षमताओं पर एक विस्तृत प्रस्तुति दी। इसमें बताया गया कि कैसे AI का उपयोग तीर्थयात्रियों की संख्या का पूर्वानुमान लगाने और संसाधनों के आवंटन को अनुकूलित करने के लिए किया जा रहा है। साथ ही, लड्डू बनाने की प्रक्रिया, वितरण और इन्वेंट्री प्रबंधन की एकीकृत निगरानी के बारे में भी जानकारी दी गई।

सुरक्षा के मोर्चे पर, तिरुमाला की पवित्रता की रक्षा के लिए सीसीटीवी कैमरे और ‘फेसियल रिकग्निशन’ (चेहरा पहचानने वाली तकनीक) सहित उन्नत बुनियादी ढांचे की तैनाती की बात कही गई। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को सुरक्षा के लिए नवीनतम गैजेट्स अपनाने और भविष्य की चुनौतियों के लिए तैयार रहने के निर्देश दिए।
