किडनी दो या 30 लाख लाओ, Kanpur की महिला ने लगाया दहेज प्रताड़ना का गंभीर आरोप

उत्तर प्रदेश के Kanpur से एक बेहद चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है, जहां एक महिला ने अपने पति और ससुराल वालों पर दहेज के लिए मानसिक उत्पीड़न के गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं। महिला का कहना है कि उससे कहा गया कि या तो वह अपने पति को किडनी दान करे या फिर 30 लाख रुपये लेकर आए।
महिला ने पुलिस को दी शिकायत में बताया कि उसकी शादी 22 जून 2023 को Lucknow के Nishant Kumar से हुई थी। शादी के समय उसके परिवार ने गहने, 8 लाख रुपये नकद और एक Mahindra Thar SUV भी दी थी।
बीमारी की सच्चाई शादी के बाद छुपाई गई
महिला का आरोप है कि शादी से पहले उसके पति की गंभीर बीमारी की जानकारी छुपाई गई। बाद में उसे पता चला कि उसके पति की दोनों किडनियां फेल हो चुकी हैं और वह डायलिसिस पर है।
शुरुआत में ससुराल वालों ने यह कहकर बात टाल दी कि उसे केवल हाई ब्लड प्रेशर की समस्या है। लेकिन जब महिला को मेडिकल फाइल मिली, तब सच्चाई सामने आई।
किडनी देने या पैसे लाने का दबाव
महिला का कहना है कि जब उसने इस बारे में सवाल उठाए, तो ससुराल वालों ने उसे दो विकल्प दिए — या तो 30 लाख रुपये अपने मायके से लेकर आए या अपने पति को किडनी दान करे। यह सुनकर महिला पूरी तरह टूट गई और उसने विरोध किया।
मानसिक उत्पीड़न और गंभीर आरोप
महिला ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि शादी के बाद उसे अजीब हालात का सामना करना पड़ा। उसके पति ने उससे दूरी बनाए रखी और अक्सर सवालों से बचता रहा।
उसने यह भी कहा कि उसकी सास कई बार उनके बीच सो जाती थीं, और ससुर बिना बताए कमरे में आ जाते थे और उसकी फोटो खींचते थे। इसके अलावा, महिला ने पति के किसी और महिला के साथ संबंध होने का भी आरोप लगाया है।
घर छोड़ने को हुई मजबूर
लगातार प्रताड़ना से परेशान होकर महिला 11 अक्टूबर 2024 को ससुराल छोड़कर वापस Kanpur आ गई। उसने आरोप लगाया कि उसके ससुराल वालों ने उसके गहने भी अपने पास रख लिए।
पुलिस ने दर्ज किया मामला
इस मामले में Kanpur के Chakeri थाने में पति Nishant Kumar और उसके परिवार के खिलाफ दहेज प्रताड़ना, धोखाधड़ी और उत्पीड़न के तहत केस दर्ज किया गया है।
पुलिस अधिकारी Abhishek Pandey ने बताया कि मामले की जांच जारी है और जांच के आधार पर आगे कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
