यूक्रेन के पास मर्चेंट शिप पर हमले में 4 भारतीयों की मौत, भारत ने रूसी दूत को किया तलब
यूक्रेन के ओडेसा बंदरगाह से लौट रहे अनाज लदे पोत 'एमवी गोल्डन लियो' पर हुए मिसाइल हमले में मारे गए चार भारतीय नाविक, भारत ने मॉस्को के सामने दर्ज कराई कड़ी आपत्ति।
नई दिल्ली: यूक्रेन के तट के पास एक मर्चेंट पोत पर हुए घातक हमले में चार भारतीय नागरिकों की मौत के बाद भारत सरकार ने कड़ा रुख अपनाया है। भारत ने इस घटना पर कड़ा विरोध जताते हुए मॉस्को के राजनयिक को तलब किया है।
रूसी राजनयिक को किया गया तलब
सूत्रों के अनुसार, विदेश मंत्रालय (MEA) ने नई दिल्ली में रूसी चार्ज डी’एफ़ेयर्स व्लादिमीर लाडानोव को तलब किया। भारत ने इस दुखद घटना पर अपनी गंभीर चिंता और कड़ी आपत्ति दर्ज कराई है तथा इस मामले में पूरी जानकारी व स्पष्टीकरण की मांग की है।
क्या है पूरा मामला?
यह हमला 19 जुलाई की शाम को यूक्रेन के ओडेसा बंदरगाह से रवाना होने वाले गियानी-बिसाव ध्वज वाले कार्गो जहाज ‘एमवी गोल्डन लियो’ पर हुआ था। अनाज (मकई) ले जा रहे इस जहाज पर कुल 17 चालक दल के सदस्य सवार थे, जिनमें पांच भारतीय भी शामिल थे।
यूक्रेनी अधिकारियों के अनुसार, ओडेसा छोड़ने के तुरंत बाद इस पोत को तीन रूसी क्रूज़ मिसाइलों ने निशाना बनाया, जिससे उसमें आग लग गई। इस भीषण हमले में चार भारतीय नाविकों की जान चली गई, और एक अन्य नाविक गंभीर रूप से घायल अवस्था में अस्पताल में भर्ती है।
भारत ने हमले को बताया अस्वीकार्य
भारत सरकार ने इस पूरी घटना की कड़ी निंदा की है। विदेश मंत्रालय ने अपने बयान में कहा है कि वाणिज्यिक जहाजों और निर्दोष नागरिक नाविकों को निशाना बनाना या नौवहन की स्वतंत्रता में बाधा डालना पूरी तरह से अस्वीकार्य है।
यूक्रेन में स्थित भारतीय मिशन पूरी स्थिति पर लगातार नजर बनाए हुए है और प्रभावितों तथा उनके परिवारों को हरसंभव सहायता प्रदान करने का प्रयास कर रहा है।
