दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट का बड़ा आदेश, सोनम वांगचुक को तुरंत मेदांता अस्पताल में शिफ्ट करने के निर्देश
कार्यकर्ताओं और समर्थकों के लिए बड़ी राहत, दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने सफदरजंग अस्पताल से मेदांता अस्पताल ट्रांसफर करने का दिया आदेश।
दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने मंगलवार को एक अहम फैसले में वैज्ञानिक और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता सोनम वांगचुक को तुरंत मेदांता अस्पताल में शिफ्ट करने का आदेश दिया है। वांगचुक पिछले 24 दिनों से लगातार भूख हड़ताल पर हैं, जिसके चलते उनकी तबीयत बिगड़ने पर उन्हें पहले सफदरजंग अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था।
पत्नी की याचिका पर आया फैसला
यह आदेश सोनम वांगचुक की पत्नी गीतांजलि आंगमो द्वारा दायर की गई याचिका पर आया है। उन्होंने एकल जज (सिंगल जज) के उस आदेश को चुनौती दी थी, जिसमें वांगचुक को सफदरजंग अस्पताल से दूसरे अस्पताल में ट्रांसफर करने की अनुमति देने से इनकार कर दिया गया था। हाईकोर्ट के इस नए आदेश से परिवार और समर्थकों को बड़ी राहत मिली है।
केंद्र सरकार ने जताई सहमति
सुनवाई के दौरान केंद्र सरकार की ओर से पेश सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने अदालत को सूचित किया कि केंद्र को सोनम वांगचुक को मेदांता अस्पताल शिफ्ट करने पर कोई आपत्ति नहीं है। हालांकि, उन्होंने यह भी अनुरोध किया कि वांगचुक को लगातार कड़ी चिकित्सीय निगरानी (कंटीन्यूअस मेडिकल सुपरविजन) में रखा जाना चाहिए और मेदांता के डॉक्टरों की सलाह के बिना उन्हें डिस्चार्ज न किया जाए।
मेदांता के प्रोटोकॉल का करना होगा पालन
अदालत ने स्पष्ट किया है कि मेदांता अस्पताल के डॉक्टर स्थापित मेडिकल प्रोटोकॉल के तहत उनका इलाज करेंगे। साथ ही, वांगचुक को अस्पताल ट्रांसफर होने के बाद डॉक्टरों की सलाह का पूरी तरह पालन करना होगा। अदालत ने वांगचुक के सभी मेडिकल रिकॉर्ड्स को भी सफदरजंग अस्पताल से मेदांता ट्रांसफर करने का प्रस्ताव दिया।
