भोपाल: त्वीषा शर्मा दहेज हत्या मामले में भोपाल की एक अदालत ने मंगलवार को एक महत्वपूर्ण आदेश दिया है। अदालत ने मृतका त्वीषा शर्मा के पति समर्थ सिंह और उनकी सास, पूर्व जज गिरिबाला सिंह की न्यायिक हिरासत को 30 जून तक बढ़ा दिया है।
यह दोनों आरोपी फिलहाल भोपाल सेंट्रल जेल में बंद हैं। अपनी पिछली 14 दिन की हिरासत अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद, उन्हें न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट शोभना भलावे के सामने पेश किया गया था। इस मामले की जांच कर रहे केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने कोर्ट से हिरासत बढ़ाने का अनुरोध किया था, जिसे अदालत ने स्वीकार कर लिया।
क्या है पूरा मामला?
यह मामला 12 मई का है, जब 33 वर्षीय त्वीषा शर्मा अपने भोपाल स्थित ससुराल में संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में फंदे से लटकी पाई गई थीं। परिजनों द्वारा दहेज उत्पीड़न और मानसिक प्रताड़ना के गंभीर आरोप लगाने के बाद, पुलिस ने 15 मई को प्राथमिकी (FIR) दर्ज की थी। प्रारंभिक जांच में संतोषजनक परिणाम न मिलने पर बाद में इस मामले को सीबीआई को सौंप दिया गया था।
पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट में ‘एंटी-मॉर्टम हैंगिंग’ का उल्लेख किया गया है, साथ ही शरीर पर कुंद वस्तुओं से चोट के कई निशान भी पाए गए हैं। त्वीषा के परिवार का आरोप है कि शादी के बाद से ही उन्हें दहेज के लिए लगातार प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा था। परिजनों के अनुसार, मृत्यु से कुछ समय पहले त्वीषा की अपनी मां से बात हुई थी, जिस दौरान तीखी बहस सुनी गई थी और फोन अचानक कट गया था।
फिलहाल, सीबीआई मामले में फॉरेंसिक और डिजिटल साक्ष्यों की गहन जांच कर रही है ताकि सच्चाई सामने आ सके।
