मिडिल ईस्ट में जारी तनाव अब और खतरनाक मोड़ लेता दिख रहा है। युद्ध के पांच हफ्ते बाद जहां एक तरफ शांति की उम्मीद जगी थी, वहीं दूसरी ओर हालात और बिगड़ते नजर आ रहे हैं। ईरान ने सीजफायर प्रस्ताव को साफ तौर पर खारिज कर दिया है, जबकि अमेरिका के डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कड़ी चेतावनी जारी कर दी है।
ट्रंप ने साफ कहा है कि अगर ईरान ने तय समय तक हॉर्मुज़ जलडमरूमध्य को नहीं खोला, तो अमेरिका “भीषण और तेज़” हमले के लिए तैयार है।
ईरान ने क्यों ठुकराया सीजफायर प्रस्ताव?
रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, पाकिस्तान की मध्यस्थता में एक सीजफायर प्रस्ताव सामने आया था, जिसमें तुरंत युद्ध रोकने और 15-20 दिनों के भीतर शांति वार्ता शुरू करने की बात कही गई थी।
लेकिन ईरान ने इस प्रस्ताव को यह कहते हुए खारिज कर दिया कि उसे केवल अस्थायी युद्धविराम नहीं, बल्कि स्थायी शांति (Permanent Peace) चाहिए।
इसके साथ ही ईरान ने एक बड़ा 10 सूत्रीय प्रस्ताव पेश किया, जिसमें शामिल हैं:
- युद्ध का स्थायी अंत
- पूरे क्षेत्र में तनाव कम करना
- हॉर्मुज़ जलडमरूमध्य से सुरक्षित आवाजाही

हॉर्मुज़ जलडमरूमध्य दुनिया के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण समुद्री मार्गों में से एक है। यहां से होकर दुनिया की करीब 20% तेल सप्लाई गुजरती है।
ईरान ने संकेत दिए हैं कि वह इस रास्ते को खोल सकता है, लेकिन इसके बदले हर जहाज से करीब 20 लाख डॉलर (लगभग ₹16-17 करोड़) का शुल्क लेने की योजना बना रहा है।
बताया जा रहा है कि इस पैसे का इस्तेमाल युद्ध में हुए नुकसान की भरपाई और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को दोबारा खड़ा करने में किया जाएगा।
ट्रंप की सख्त चेतावनी ‘एक रात में खत्म कर सकते हैं’
डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने ईरान के प्रस्ताव को पूरी तरह खारिज करते हुए बेहद सख्त बयान दिया।
उन्होंने कहा:
“ईरान को एक ही रात में खत्म किया जा सकता है — और वो रात शायद कल ही हो।”
ट्रंप ने यह भी चेतावनी दी कि अगर ईरान ने डेडलाइन तक हॉर्मुज़ नहीं खोला, तो अमेरिका:
- ईरान के ब्रिज (पुल) तबाह कर देगा
- पावर प्लांट्स को निशाना बनाएगा
- केवल 4 घंटे में बड़े पैमाने पर हमला कर सकता है
दुनिया पर क्या होगा असर?
इस बढ़ते तनाव का असर सिर्फ मिडिल ईस्ट तक सीमित नहीं रहेगा। अगर हॉर्मुज़ जलडमरूमध्य बंद रहता है या युद्ध और बढ़ता है, तो:
- तेल की कीमतों में भारी उछाल आ सकता है
- वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था पर असर पड़ेगा
- कई देशों में ईंधन संकट पैदा हो सकता है
