खेल मंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर के साथ 4 घंटे चली पहलवानों की बैठक बेनतीजा, अध्यक्ष को बर्खास्त करने की मांग
नई दिल्ली: भारतीय कुश्ती संघ के अध्यक्ष बृजभूषण सिंह के खिलाफ जंतर-मंतर पर पहलवानों का धरना दूसरे दिन भी जारी रहा. सभी पहलवान बृजभूषण के इस्तीफे की मांग कर रहे हैं. गुरूवार को खेल मंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर ने रात को सभी पहलवानों से मुलाकात की और उनकी बात सुनी. बता दें कि खेल मंत्री ने खिलाड़ियों से बृजभूषण सिंह के जवाब का इंतज़ार करने को कहा है.
भारतीय कुश्ती संघ के अध्यक्ष बृजभूषण सिंह के खिलाफ पहलवानों का प्रदर्शन तूल पकड़ रहा है. पहलवान, अध्यक्ष बृजभूषण सिंह के इस्तीफे की मांग करते हुए लगातार दो दिनों से जंतर-मंतर पर धरने पर हैं.
गुरुवार रात करीब 4 घंटे तक चली बैठक में अनुराग ठाकुर ने पहलवानों को समझाने की कोशिश की. साथ ही उन्होंने कार्रवाई का भी आश्वासन दिया है. लेकिन पहलवान बृजभूषण के इस्तीफे पर अड़े रहे. इस कारण बैठक में कोई नतीजा नहीं निकल सका और पहलवान मीडिया से बात किए बिना चले गए. शुक्रवार यानी आज एक बार फिर खेल मंत्री और पहलवानों के बीच बात हो सकती है. आज पहलवान धरने पर बैठेंगे, इस पर पहलवान सुबह स्थिति साफ़ करेंगे.
पहलवानों ने मीडिया से कहा कि वह कुश्ती संघ के अध्यक्ष का इस्तीफा लेकर रहेंगे. पहलवानों ने यह भी साफ कर दिया कि जब तक कार्रवाई नहीं होगी, तब तक वह धरना जारी रखेंगे. वह ठोस कार्रवाई चाहते हैं. वह इस बात की उम्मीद में बैठे हैं कि उन्हें न्याय मिलेगा. उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे साथ 5-6 महिला पहलवान हैं जिन्होंने इन शोषण का सामना किया है और हमारे पास इसे साबित करने के सबूत हैं. हमें सरकार से कोई संतोषजनक प्रतिक्रिया नहीं मिली है. हम सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि बृजभूषण सिंह इस्तीफा दें और उन्हें जेल हो, हम केस दर्ज कराएंगे.
पहलवानों ने कहा कि पूरे कुश्ती संघ को भंग करना चाहिए, जब तक संघ को भंग नहीं किया जाएगा, हम पीछे नहीं हटेंगे. उन्होंने कहा कि हम चाहते हैं कि फेडरेशन को बंद किया जाए क्योंकि फेडरेशन में वे अपने ही लोगों को बिठाएंगे. अगर इसका समाधान जल्दी नहीं निकला तो हम कानून का भी सहारा लेंगे.
बता दें कि बुधवार (18 जनवरी) को भारतीय रेसलर विनेश फोगाट, बजरंग पूनिया समेत करीब 30 पहलवान भारतीय कुश्ती संघ के खिलाफ दिल्ली के जंतर-मंतर पर बैठे थे, धरना अभी जारी है. पहलवानों ने संघ के अध्यक्ष बृजभूषण शरण सिंह और कई कोच के खिलाफ यौन शोषण के आरोप लगाए. जिसके विरोध में वह प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं.
