दिल्ली पुलिस ने CJP के ‘चलो संसद’ मार्च की नहीं दी अनुमति, सुरक्षा कड़ी; सोनम वांगचुक की भूख हड़ताल जारी
नई दिल्ली: संसद के मानसून सत्र से पहले दिल्ली पुलिस ने Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) के प्रस्तावित ‘चलो संसद’ मार्च को अनुमति देने से इनकार कर दिया है। पुलिस का कहना है कि मार्च के लिए कोई आधिकारिक आवेदन प्राप्त नहीं हुआ। साथ ही प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया कि भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता (BNSS) की धारा 163 के तहत लागू प्रतिबंधों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
दिल्ली पुलिस ने क्या कहा?
दिल्ली पुलिस के अनुसार, 20 जुलाई को प्रस्तावित ‘चलो संसद’ मार्च के लिए किसी भी संगठन ने औपचारिक अनुमति नहीं मांगी। पुलिस ने कहा कि नई दिल्ली के कई इलाकों में धारा 163 BNSS लागू है, जिसके तहत जंतर-मंतर को छोड़कर पांच या उससे अधिक लोगों के एकत्र होने पर रोक है। जंतर-मंतर पर भी प्रदर्शन के लिए पहले से अनुमति लेना अनिवार्य है।
संसद सत्र से पहले सुरक्षा बढ़ाई गई
मानसून सत्र को देखते हुए राजधानी में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था और कड़ी कर दी गई है। संसद मार्ग, सेंट्रल विस्टा, कनॉट प्लेस, शंकर चौक और जंतर-मंतर सहित कई संवेदनशील इलाकों में अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया है।
वाहनों की सघन जांच, अतिरिक्त बैरिकेडिंग और प्रमुख स्थानों पर पिकेट्स लगाए गए हैं ताकि कानून-व्यवस्था बनी रहे।
सोनम वांगचुक की भूख हड़ताल जारी
यह घटनाक्रम ऐसे समय सामने आया है जब सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता सोनम वांगचुक शिक्षा सुधारों और केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान के इस्तीफे की मांग को लेकर अनिश्चितकालीन भूख हड़ताल पर हैं।
भूख हड़ताल के 21वें दिन उनकी तबीयत बिगड़ने पर उन्हें सफदरजंग अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया। वांगचुक ने इसे “अवैध हिरासत” बताया, जबकि दिल्ली पुलिस का कहना है कि यह कदम डॉक्टरों की सलाह और दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के निर्देशों के अनुसार उठाया गया।
हाईकोर्ट ने क्या कहा?
दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने वांगचुक को किसी निजी अस्पताल में स्थानांतरित करने की मांग वाली याचिका पर तत्काल राहत देने से इनकार कर दिया। अदालत ने उन्हें डॉक्टरों के साथ सहयोग करने का निर्देश दिया और तीन दिनों के भीतर स्वास्थ्य संबंधी विस्तृत रिपोर्ट मांगी है।
CJP ने आंदोलन जारी रखने का ऐलान किया
CJP नेता अभिषेक दिपके ने कहा कि 20 जुलाई का ‘चलो संसद’ मार्च और उनका अनिश्चितकालीन भूख हड़ताल कार्यक्रम जारी रहेगा। उनका दावा है कि इस अभियान के लिए अब तक 1.3 लाख से अधिक समर्थक पंजीकरण करा चुके हैं।
अब सभी की नजर इस बात पर है कि सुरक्षा प्रतिबंधों के बीच सोमवार को प्रस्तावित प्रदर्शन किस तरह आगे बढ़ता है।
