17 वें लोकसभा चुनाव के दूसरे चरण के मतदान में, 11 राज्यों में 95 निर्वाचन क्षेत्र और एक केंद्र शासित प्रदेश में गुरुवार को मतदान हो रहे हैं, जो 1629 उम्मीदवारों के भाग्य का फैसला करेंगे.
चुनाव कराने वाले राज्य हैं – असम, बिहार, छत्तीसगढ़, जम्मू और कश्मीर, कर्नाटक, महाराष्ट्र, मणिपुर, ओडिशा, पुदुचेरी, उत्तर प्रदेश और पश्चिम बंगाल.
तमिलनाडु की वेल्लोर के लिए वोटिंग को कुछ कारणों के चलते रद्द कर दिया गया है, जबकि त्रिपुरा (पूर्व) लोकसभा सीट के लिए मतदान 18 अप्रैल से 23 अप्रैल तक के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया है.
