पुलिस के अनुसार, यह घटना भगिरथ रेलवे स्टेशन के पास हुई, जहां दोनों ने चलती ट्रेन के सामने कूदकर आत्महत्या कर ली। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों ने बताया कि आखिरी वक्त तक दोनों एक-दूसरे का हाथ पकड़े हुए थे।
दोनों की उम्र करीब 20 साल के आसपास बताई जा रही है। पुलिस का कहना है कि परिवार वालों ने इस रिश्ते का विरोध किया था, जिससे वे मानसिक दबाव में थे।
जांच जारी, परिवार सदमे में
घटना के बाद पुलिस ने दोनों के शवों को पोस्टमॉर्टम के लिए भेज दिया और फिर परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया। परिवार इस घटना के बाद गहरे सदमे में हैं।
