बॉलीवुड और साउथ इंडस्ट्री की जानी-मानी अभिनेत्री हंसिका मोटवानी और बिज़नेसमैन सोहेल कथुरिया ने आपसी सहमति से अपनी शादी का कानूनी तौर पर अंत कर दिया है। यह तलाक मुंबई के बांद्रा फैमिली कोर्ट में फाइनल हुआ, जहाँ दोनों ने माना कि अब उनका रिश्ता आगे नहीं चल सकता।

हंसिका के वकील ने बताया:
“हमारी क्लाइंट हंसिका मोटवानी को फैमिली कोर्ट बांद्रा ने म्यूचुअल कंसेंट तलाक दिया है। दोनों पक्षों ने माना कि शादी अब अपरिवर्तनीय रूप से टूट चुकी है।”
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, हंसिका ने अपने पूर्व पति से शांतिपूर्ण अलगाव की पहल की थी, जो अंततः तलाक के फाइनल निर्णय तक पहुँची।
हंसिका और सोहेल की शादी: एक रॉयल वेडिंग
हंसिका और सोहेल ने 4 दिसंबर, 2022 को राजस्थान के मुंडोटा फोर्ट एंड पैलेस, जयपुर में शादी की थी। यह शादी बहुत ही भव्य और चार दिन तक चलने वाला समारोह था, जिसमें परिवार, करीबी दोस्त और कई सेलिब्रिटी शामिल हुए।
इस शादी को बाद में JioHotstar पर रियलिटी शो ‘Love Shaadi Drama’ में भी दिखाया गया।
सोहेल ने हंसिका को पेरिस में प्रपोज किया था, और उनकी शादी के जश्न को कई फैंस ने कहानियों जैसी शादी बताया।
शादी के बाद विवाद
शादी के कुछ समय बाद खबरें आईं कि सोहेल की पहले हंसिका की दोस्त, रिंकी बजाज से शादी हो चुकी थी। सोशल मीडिया पर हंसिका की उस शादी में मौजूद तस्वीरें वायरल हुईं।
इस पर हंसिका ने कहा:
“मैं उस समय उस व्यक्ति को जानती थी, इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि मेरी कोई गलती थी। मुझे इससे कोई लेना देना नहीं।”
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि पब्लिक फिगर होने की वजह से लोग उन्हें जल्दी ‘विलन’ बना देते हैं, और यह सेलिब्रिटी होने की कीमत है।
तलाक के पीछे की वजह
रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, दोनों के बीच व्यक्तित्व, प्राथमिकताओं और लाइफस्टाइल के अंतर की वजह से झगड़े और दूरी बढ़ गई थी।
कोर्ट डॉक्यूमेंट्स के अनुसार, हंसिका और सोहेल 2 जुलाई, 2024 से अलग रह रहे थे। परिवार और दोस्तों की सुलह की कोशिशें भी काम नहीं आईं।
हंसिका ने कोई वित्तीय दावा नहीं किया
हंसिका ने तलाक के दौरान कोई अलिमनी या मेंटेनेंस की मांग नहीं की, ताकि शादी का अंत सम्मानजनक और शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से हो।
