नीट-यूजी पेपर लीक मामले को लेकर विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहे एक्टिविस्ट सोनम वांगचुक की सेहत बिगड़ने के बाद दिल्ली पुलिस ने उन्हें सफदरजंग अस्पताल में शिफ्ट किया।
नई दिल्ली: नीट-यूजी (NEET-UG) पेपर लीक मामले के खिलाफ जंतर-मंतर पर अनिश्चितकालीन भूख हड़ताल कर रहे सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता सोनम वांगचुक को दिल्ली पुलिस ने शनिवार सुबह वहां से हटा दिया है। वांगचुक की बिगड़ती सेहत और दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट के निर्देशों के बाद उन्हें इलाज के लिए दिल्ली के सफदरजंग अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है।
अस्पताल में भर्ती, स्थिति स्थिर
पुलिस ने आधिकारिक बयान में कहा कि डॉक्टरों की चेतावनी और हाई कोर्ट के आदेशों का पालन करते हुए वांगचुक को “जरूरी चिकित्सा देखभाल” के लिए अस्पताल ले जाया गया। रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, फिलहाल उनकी स्थिति स्थिर है और वे होश में हैं।

सोनम वांगचुक ने 28 जून से अपना उपवास शुरू किया था। 20 दिनों की लंबी भूख हड़ताल के कारण उनका स्वास्थ्य काफी खराब हो गया था और उन्होंने अपना आठ किलोग्राम से अधिक वजन कम कर लिया था। डॉक्टरों ने चेतावनी दी थी कि यह स्थिति मेडिकल इमरजेंसी में बदल सकती है और अंगों को नुकसान पहुंच सकता है।

यह विरोध प्रदर्शन ‘कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी’ (CJP) के संस्थापक अभिजीत दिपके के नेतृत्व में किया जा रहा है। प्रदर्शनकारियों की मांग है कि नीट-यूजी पेपर लीक मामले में नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान इस्तीफा दें।
हाई कोर्ट का रुख और भविष्य की रणनीति
