तेल संकट के बीच अमेरिका का बड़ा बयान: वैश्विक कीमतों को स्थिर रखने में भारत की अहम भूमिका
New Delhi: भारत में अमेरिका के राजदूत Sergio Gor ने पश्चिम एशिया में बढ़ते तनाव को लेकर चिंता जताई है। उन्होंने कहा कि मौजूदा हालात में वैश्विक तेल आपूर्ति और कीमतों को स्थिर बनाए रखने में भारत की भूमिका बेहद महत्वपूर्ण बन गई है। इंडिया टुडे कॉन्क्लेव के दौरान बोलते हुए गोर ने कहा कि दुनिया के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण तेल परिवहन मार्गों में से एक Strait of Hormuz के आसपास हालात तेजी से तनावपूर्ण होते जा रहे हैं।
Strait of Hormuz को लेकर बढ़ी चिंता
अमेरिकी राजदूत के मुताबिक, हाल के दिनों में Iran की गतिविधियों के कारण इस क्षेत्र में जहाजों की आवाजाही को लेकर अस्थिरता बढ़ी है। उनका आरोप है कि ईरान इस समुद्री मार्ग से गुजरने वाले कुछ वाणिज्यिक जहाजों को निशाना बना रहा है।
गोर ने कहा कि पिछले कुछ दिनों में मिसाइल और ड्रोन हमलों में कई जहाज प्रभावित हुए हैं। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि इन हमलों में कुछ भारतीय नागरिकों की भी जान गई है, जो बेहद दुखद है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह स्थिति वैश्विक ऊर्जा आपूर्ति के लिए चिंता का विषय है क्योंकि दुनिया के बड़े हिस्से तक तेल इसी मार्ग से पहुंचता है।

Sergio Gor ने कहा कि ऐसे समय में India वैश्विक ऊर्जा बाजार में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत दुनिया के सबसे बड़े ऊर्जा उपभोक्ताओं में से एक है और तेल बाजार को संतुलित बनाए रखने में उसकी नीतियां और निर्णय महत्वपूर्ण प्रभाव डालते हैं।
गोर ने कहा कि अमेरिका और भारत मिलकर अंतरराष्ट्रीय साझेदारों के साथ काम कर रहे हैं ताकि वैश्विक तेल कीमतों में अत्यधिक उतार-चढ़ाव को रोका जा सके। उनके मुताबिक, अगर वैश्विक बाजार में स्थिरता बनाए रखनी है तो भारत जैसे बड़े देशों का सहयोग बेहद जरूरी है।
Iran के परमाणु कार्यक्रम पर अमेरिका का रुख
अमेरिकी राजदूत ने इस दौरान US President Donald Trump की नीति का भी जिक्र किया। उन्होंने कहा कि अमेरिका का रुख साफ है कि Iran को परमाणु हथियार हासिल करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जा सकती।
गोर ने आरोप लगाया कि अमेरिका के संघर्ष में शामिल होने के बाद ईरान ने क्षेत्र के कई पड़ोसी देशों पर हमले किए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसी गतिविधियां पूरे क्षेत्र में अस्थिरता बढ़ा सकती हैं और अगर ईरान के पास परमाणु हथियार आ गए तो स्थिति और भी गंभीर हो सकती है।
Iran की चेतावनी: ऊर्जा ठिकानों पर हमला हुआ तो जवाब देंगे
दूसरी तरफ Iran ने भी सख्त चेतावनी जारी की है। ईरान की सैन्य कमान ने कहा है कि अगर देश के ऊर्जा प्रतिष्ठानों या बंदरगाहों को निशाना बनाया गया तो उसका करारा जवाब दिया जाएगा। ईरान के सैन्य अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, किसी भी छोटे हमले को भी गंभीर उकसावे के तौर पर देखा जाएगा और उसके जवाब में बड़े पैमाने पर कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
Strait of Hormuz को रणनीतिक दबाव के तौर पर इस्तेमाल करने के संकेत
ईरान के नए सर्वोच्च नेता Mojtaba Khamenei ने भी हाल ही में कहा कि Strait of Hormuz को रणनीतिक दबाव के साधन के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर देश की सुरक्षा को खतरा हुआ तो इस महत्वपूर्ण समुद्री मार्ग पर नियंत्रण एक प्रभावी रणनीति हो सकता है। हाल के दिनों में ईरान ने इस मार्ग से गुजरने वाले जहाजों पर निगरानी और सुरक्षा जांच भी बढ़ा दी है। हालांकि ईरानी अधिकारियों का कहना है कि जो जहाज US या Israel के हितों से जुड़े नहीं होंगे, उन्हें इस मार्ग से सुरक्षित गुजरने की अनुमति दी जा सकती है।
