सोशल मीडिया पर एक पोस्ट तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है। पोस्ट में एक दस्तावेज को शेयर कर दावा किया जा रहा है कि देश में लोकसभा चुनावों से पहले परिसीमन हुआ, जिसके चलते अब उत्तरप्रदेश में अब 80 की जगह 121 लोकसभा सीट हो गयी हैं और राज्यसभा की 31 सीट की जगह 47 सीट हो गयी हैं।

फेसबुक पर वायरल पोस्ट शेयर कर हिंदी भाषा के कैप्शन में लिखा गया है कि दिल्ली ब्रेकिंग..* *लोकसभा सीटों का परसीमन होने के बाद उत्तरप्रदेश में बढ़ी लोकसभा की सीटे…* उत्तरप्रदेश में अब 80 की जगह 121 लोकसभा सीट और राज्यसभा की 31 सीट की जगह 47 सीट होंगी!!!* अब समझे कि पीएम मोदी ने नया संसद भवन सेंट्रल विस्ता क्यों बनवाया,, मोदी को समझना मुश्किल ही नहीं नामुमकिन है।

न्यूज़मोबाइल की पड़ताल में हमने जाना कि वायरल पोस्ट फर्जी है, हालिया दिनों में ऐसा कोई परसीमन का आदेश जारी नहीं हुआ, जहां उत्तर प्रदेश की लोकसभा सीटों व राजयसभा सीटें बढ़ाने की बात कही गयी हो।

सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहे इस पोस्ट की सच्चाई जानने के लिए हमने पड़ताल की। पड़ताल के दौरान हमने सबसे पहले कुछ संबंधित कीवर्ड्स के माध्यम से गूगल पर इस मामले से जुड़ी ख़बरों के लिए खोजना शुरू किया। लेकिन खोज के दौरान हमें गूगल पर वायरल मामले से संबंधित कोई उचित परिणाम नहीं मिले।

सच्चाई जानने के लिए हमने बारीकी से खोजना शुरू किया। इस दौरान हमें केंद्र सरकार की निर्वाचन आयोग की वेबसाइट पर भारत में हुए परिसीमन के सभी आदेश मिले। इस दौरान हमने जाना कि हाल ही भारत में मई 06, 2022 को हुआ था। जहां केंद्र शासित प्रदेश जम्मू-कश्मीर की विधानसभा सीटों को लेकर परिसीमन जारी किया गया था।

निर्वाचन अयोग की वेबसाइट पर हालिया दिनों में लोकसभा सीटों को लेकर कोई परिसीमन का आदेश जारी नहीं हुआ। इससे यह पता चलता है कि वायरल खबर फर्जी है।

इसके साथ ही हमें निर्वाचन आयोग की वेबसाइट पर ही परिसीमन का भी उल्लेख मिला। जहां बताया गया था कि परिसीमन का शाब्दिक अर्थ है। किसी देश या प्रांत में विधायी निकाय वाले क्षेत्रीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों की सीमा तय करने की क्रिया या प्रक्रिया। परिसीमन का काम एक उच्चाधिकार निकाय को सौंपा जाता है। ऐसे निकाय को परिसीमन आयोग या सीमा आयोग के रूप में जाना जाता है। भारत में ऐसे परिसीमन आयोगों का गठन 4 बार किया गया है-1952 में परिसीमन आयोग अधिनियम, 1952के अधीन, 1963 में परिसीमन आयोग अधिनियम, 1962 के अधीन, 1973 में परिसीमन अधिनियम, 1972और 2002में परिसीमन अधिनियम, 2002के अधीन।

पड़ताल के दौरान मिले तथ्यों से हमने जाना कि वायरल पोस्ट फर्जी है। हालिया दिनों में कोई परिसीमन नहीं लागू हुआ।
