असम विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) ने अपना बहुप्रतीक्षित ‘संकल्प पत्र’ जारी कर दिया है। केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री Nirmala Sitharaman ने मंगलवार को यह घोषणापत्र लॉन्च किया, जिसमें राज्य के लिए ₹5 लाख करोड़ के बड़े इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर निवेश का वादा किया गया है।
घोषणापत्र में असम के स्वदेशी लोगों की जमीन, संस्कृति और गरिमा की सुरक्षा को प्रमुख मुद्दा बनाया गया है। BJP ने कहा है कि राज्य में अवैध अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए सख्त कदम उठाए जाएंगे, खासकर उन इलाकों में जहां कथित तौर पर बाहरी लोगों द्वारा कब्जा किया गया है।
इस ‘संकल्प पत्र’ में कुल 31 वादे शामिल हैं, जिनमें यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड (UCC) लागू करने, युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ाने और राज्य के समग्र विकास को सुनिश्चित करने जैसे मुद्दे प्रमुख हैं।
कांग्रेस पर हमला, BJP का विकास मॉडल
घोषणापत्र जारी करते हुए Nirmala Sitharaman ने कांग्रेस पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि पिछले 60 वर्षों में पार्टी उत्तर-पूर्व के दीर्घकालिक विकास पर ध्यान नहीं दे सकी। उन्होंने दावा किया कि BJP सरकार के एक दशक के कार्यकाल में असम में बड़े स्तर पर परिवर्तन देखने को मिला है।
कार्यक्रम में असम के मुख्यमंत्री Himanta Biswa Sarma समेत कई वरिष्ठ नेता मौजूद रहे। Sitharaman ने कहा कि राज्य में शांति बहाल हुई है और स्थिरता के कारण ही विकास संभव हो पाया है।
उन्होंने AFSPA का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस के शासन में असम लंबे समय तक इस कानून के तहत रहा, जबकि BJP ने इसे कई क्षेत्रों से हटाने में सफलता हासिल की।
युवाओं और अर्थव्यवस्था पर जोर
BJP ने अपने घोषणापत्र में युवाओं के लिए रोजगार सृजन और आर्थिक विकास को प्राथमिकता दी है। पार्टी का दावा है कि असम में अब ऐसे हालात बन रहे हैं कि युवा विदेशों में करियर छोड़कर राज्य में वापस आ रहे हैं, क्योंकि यहां अवसर बढ़ रहे हैं।
इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर, उद्योग, निवेश और स्किल डेवलपमेंट के जरिए राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत करने पर जोर दिया गया है।
असमकी 126 विधानसभा सीटों के लिए मतदान 9 अप्रैल को होगा, जबकि मतगणना 4 मई को की जाएगी। ऐसे में BJP का यह संकल्प पत्र चुनावी मुकाबले में विकास और पहचान के मुद्दों को केंद्र में लाने की कोशिश के रूप में देखा जा रहा है।
