हाल ही में चेंबूर में गायक सोनू निगम के साथ एक लाइव कॉन्सर्ट के दौरान कथित हाथापाई हुई थी। जिसके बाद इसी मामले से जुड़ी एक खबर सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रही है। खबर में दावा किया जा रहा है कि लाइव कॉन्सर्ट के दौरान महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व सीएम उद्धव ठाकरे के विधायक और उनके कुछ गुंडों द्वारा सोनू निगम पर हमला किया गया जिसके बाद वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए और उन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है।
फेसबुक पर लाइव कॉन्सर्ट के दौरान गायक सोनू निगम और उनकी टीम के साथ हुई कथित हाथापाई का वीडियो शेयर कर अंग्रेजी भाषा के कैप्शन में लिखा गया है कि,’ Sonu Nigam hospitalized after an attack by Uddhav Thackeray’s MLA and goons at an event.’

न्यूज़मोबाइल की पड़ताल में हमने जाना कि वायरल खबर भ्रामक हैं, सोनू निगम पर किसी विधायक या उनके गुंडों द्वारा हमला नहीं किया गया। यह सारा मसला सिर्फ सेल्फी लेने को लेकर घटित हुआ।
सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रही खबर की सच्चाई जानने के लिए हमने पड़ताल की। पड़ताल के दौरान हमें सबसे पहले इस मामले से संबंधित कुछ कीवर्ड्स से गूगल पर खोजना शुरू किया। इस दौरान हमें सबसे पहले आज तक की वेबसाइट पर एक लेख मिला।
लेख में सोनू निगम द्वारा इस मामले को लेकर दिए गए बयान का जिक्र किया गया है। लेख में बताया गया कि मुंबई के चेंबूर में लाइव परफॉर्मेंस के बाद जैसे ही सोनू निगम बाहर निकले, तभी सीढ़ी से उतरते वक्त ये घटना घटित हुई थी। लेख में सोनू निगम के हवाले बताया गया है इस घटना में कोई हाथापाई नहीं हुई थी। सोनू ने कहा कि मैंने शिकायत इसलिए दर्ज कराई है ताकि लोगों को थोड़ा सोचना चाहिए कि जब किसी को आप जबरदस्ती फोटो-सेल्फी के लिए कहते हो। फिर उसके बाद एरोगेंस, धक्का मुक्की…ये सब होता है।
इसके बाद हमने गूगल पर और बारीकी से खोजना शुरू किया। खोजे के दौरान Times Now की वेबसाइट पर इस मामले को लेकर प्रकाशित एक और लेख मिला।
लेख में जानकारी दी गयी कि इस घटना में गायक सोनू निगम के मित्र घायल हुए और उन्हें Zen Hospital में भर्ती कराया गया था। इसके बाद सोनू निगम खुद उन्हें वह देखने गए थे। लेख में जानकारी दी गयी थी कि इस घटना का आरोपी विधायक प्रकाश फातर्पेकर के बेटे स्वप्निल प्रकाश फातर्पेकर हैं।
लेख में आगे इस पूरे मामले को लेकर सोनू निगम द्वारा मीडिया को दिए गए बयान का भी जिक्र किया गया था। अपने बयान में सोनू ने कहा कुछ नहीं हुआ…यह सब उस सेल्फी की वजह से था। उन्होंने कहा कि जब उस व्यक्ति ने उन्हें पकड़ कर सेल्फी लेने की कोशिश की तो मैं सीढ़ी पर गिर गया…और रब्बानी तुरंत मुझे बचाने आए लेकिन वह भी नीचे गिर गए।
इसके साथ ही हमें इस घटना के आरोपी स्वप्निल प्रकाश फातर्पेकर की बहन सुप्रदा फटरपेकर द्वारा किए गए कुछ ट्वीट्स प्राप्त हुए। अपने ट्वीट में उन्होंने लिखा कि मेरा भाई सोनू निगम के साथ सेल्फी लेना चाहता था और जब वह ऐसा कर रहे थे तो उनके और सोनू निगम के बॉडीगार्ड के बीच विवाद हुआ। यह बस एक फैन मोमेंट था। हमने बाद में सोनू निगम से भी माफी मांगी है।
