1 अप्रैल 2026 से बदले नियम: टैक्स, बैंकिंग, LPG और रेलवे तक, आम आदमी की जेब पर सीधा असर
1 अप्रैल 2026 से नए वित्तीय वर्ष की शुरुआत के साथ ही आम आदमी की जेब और दैनिक जीवन से जुड़े कई महत्वपूर्ण नियमों में बड़े बदलाव हो गए हैं। बैंकिंग से लेकर रेलवे और टैक्स तक, ये 8 बदलाव आपके बजट को सीधे प्रभावित करेंगे। आइए जानते हैं इनके बारे में विस्तार से:
1. ATM और बैंकिंग नियमों में बदलाव
HDFC बैंक समेत कई बैंकों ने अब UPI ATM विड्रॉल को भी फ्री ट्रांजैक्शन लिमिट में शामिल कर दिया है। महानगरों में 5 और अन्य शहरों में 3-5 फ्री ट्रांजैक्शन की सीमा तय की गई है।
2. नया इनकम टैक्स कानून 2025
आज से इनकम टैक्स एक्ट 1961 की जगह नया कानून लागू हो गया है। इसमें फाइनेंशियल ईयर और असेसमेंट ईयर के अंतर को खत्म कर केवल ‘टैक्स ईयर’ कर दिया गया है। HRA और सैलरी स्ट्रक्चर में भी बदलाव संभव हैं।
3. शेयर बाजार (F&O) पर ज्यादा टैक्स
अगर आप फ्यूचर एंड ऑप्शन (F&O) में ट्रेडिंग करते हैं, तो अब आपको ज्यादा STT (Security Transaction Tax) देना होगा। फ्यूचर्स पर इसे 150% और ऑप्शंस पर करीब 50% बढ़ाया गया है।
4. FASTag एनुअल पास महंगा
हाईवे टोल के लिए इस्तेमाल होने वाला फास्टैग एनुअल पास अब ₹3000 से बढ़कर ₹3075 का हो गया है।
5. नया लेबर कोड और सैलरी
नए लेबर कोड के तहत बेसिक सैलरी कुल सीटीसी का 50% होना अनिवार्य है। इससे आपका PF योगदान बढ़ेगा, लेकिन हाथ में आने वाली (Take-home) सैलरी कम हो सकती है।
6. PAN कार्ड के सख्त नियम
अब नया पैन बनवाने के लिए आधार के साथ एक अतिरिक्त डॉक्यूमेंट अनिवार्य है। साथ ही, ₹10 लाख से ज्यादा कैश जमा करने या ₹5 लाख से ज्यादा के वाहन खरीदने पर पैन दिखाना जरूरी होगा।
7. LPG सिलेंडर की कीमतें
कमर्शियल गैस सिलेंडर के दामों में ₹195.5 की भारी बढ़ोतरी की गई है, जिससे बाहर खाना खाना महंगा हो सकता है।
8. रेलवे टिकट कैंसिल नियम
अब टिकट कैंसिल करने पर रिफंड के नियम बदल गए हैं। 72 घंटे पहले कैंसिल करने पर अधिकतम रिफंड मिलेगा, जबकि ट्रेन छूटने के 8 घंटे पहले कैंसिल करने पर कोई रिफंड नहीं मिलेगा।
