LPG संकट के बीच केंद्र का बड़ा फैसला, प्रवासी मजदूरों के लिए 5 किलो सिलेंडर की सप्लाई दोगुनी
ईरान युद्ध के चलते LPG सप्लाई पर दबाव बढ़ता जा रहा है। ऐसे में केंद्र सरकार ने एक बड़ा फैसला लिया है, जिससे खासतौर पर प्रवासी मजदूरों को राहत मिलेगी। सरकार ने राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को मिलने वाले 5 किलो LPG सिलेंडर (चोटू) की सप्लाई को दोगुना करने का निर्णय लिया है।
प्रवासी मजदूरों के लिए क्यों जरूरी है यह फैसला?
दरअसल, बड़े LPG सिलेंडर लेने के लिए एड्रेस प्रूफ देना जरूरी होता है, जो प्रवासी मजदूरों के लिए मुश्किल होता है। इसी वजह से उन्हें अक्सर ब्लैक मार्केट से महंगे दामों पर गैस खरीदनी पड़ती है।
इसी समस्या को हल करने के लिए 5 किलो का छोटा सिलेंडर यानी “चोटू” लॉन्च किया गया था। इसे खरीदने के लिए सिर्फ एक पहचान पत्र (ID Proof) ही काफी होता है।
सरकार ने क्या बदलाव किए हैं?
सरकार ने अब इन सिलेंडरों की सप्लाई बढ़ाने का फैसला लिया है।
- राज्यों को पहले से तय सीमा से ज्यादा सिलेंडर मिलेंगे
- अतिरिक्त सिलेंडर सिर्फ प्रवासी मजदूरों को दिए जाएंगे
- सप्लाई की जिम्मेदारी ऑयल मार्केटिंग कंपनियों को दी गई है
इसका मकसद यह है कि हर जरूरतमंद तक समय पर सस्ती और आसानी से गैस पहुंच सके।
LPG सप्लाई पर क्यों पड़ा असर?
मिडिल ईस्ट में चल रहे तनाव और खासकर ईरान से जुड़े हालात के कारण LPG की वैश्विक सप्लाई प्रभावित हो रही है। भारत भी इसका असर महसूस कर रहा है।
इसी वजह से सरकार को यह कदम उठाना पड़ा ताकि देश के कमजोर वर्गों को परेशानी न हो।

इस फैसले से सबसे ज्यादा फायदा मिलेगा:
- प्रवासी मजदूरों को
- छोटे दुकानदारों को
- किराए पर रहने वाले लोगों को

सरकार की अपील
सरकार ने लोगों से अपील की है कि वे घबराएं नहीं और अफवाहों पर ध्यान न दें। LPG की सप्लाई को पूरी तरह नियंत्रित और स्थिर रखा जा रहा है।
