हाथरस में 19 वर्षीय लड़की के बलात्कार में सियासत और पीड़ित परिवार का दुःख कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। बीते दिन ही कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने शनिवार को हाथरस की अपनी यात्रा के दौरान पीड़ित परिवार से बातचीत का एक वीडियो जारी किया है. इस बातचीत में, राहुल गांधी को पीड़ित परिवार से यह कहते हुए सुना जा सकता है, “डरो मत और गांव मत छोड़ो” और गांव में आने का उनका एकमात्र उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि परिवार सुरक्षित है.

इधर पीड़िता के परिवार ने इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में दाखिल की अर्जी।
इधर हाथरस गैंगरेप पीड़िता के परिवार के लिए प्रशासन द्वारा मुहैया कराइ गयी सुरक्षा अब मुश्किलों का सबब बनते जा रही है। इसी परेशानी को लेकर पीड़िता के परिवार ने इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में अर्जी दाखिल की है। पीड़ित परिवार की तरफ से सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता सुरेंद्र कुमार की ओर से दाखिल अर्जी में कहा गया है कि पुलिस -प्रशासन की बंदिशों के चलते पीड़ित परिवार घर में कैद सा होकर रह गया है। तमाम लोग मिलने नहीं आ पा रहे हैं। परिवार किसी से खुलकर अपनी बात नहीं कह पा रहा है। अर्जी में कहा गया कि इंसाफ पाने के लिए पीड़ित परिवार से बंदिशें हटना जरूरी है।
कितनी कड़ी सुरक्षा में है परिवार।
- उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने पीड़िता के परिवार की सुरक्षा कड़ी कर दी है।
- 29 सितंबर से परिवार घर में ही कैद है।
- पीड़ित के घर के बाहर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए गए हैं।
- अंदर जाने वालों को मेटल डिटेक्टर से होकर गुजरना पड़ रहा है।
- दरवाजे पर लोकल इंटेलीजेंस यूनिट का अफसरों को तैनात किया गया है।
- ये अफसर घर में आने-जाने वाले हर व्यक्ति का नाम नोट कर रहे हैं।
- घर के भीतर भी सादी वर्दी में पुलिसकर्मी तैनात हैं।
- पुलिसकर्मियों के लिए घर के बाहर ही तंबू लगा गया है।
- उनके लिए अस्थाई शौचालय बनाए गए हैं।
- बाहर कुर्सी डाले एक तहसीलदार और एसडीएम बैठी हैं, जो परिवार की हर जरूरत का ध्यान रख रही हैं।
- गांव में अतिरिक्त फोर्स की तैनाती की गई है।

इधर हाथरस कांड के आरोपियों ने जेल से लिखा पत्र, बोले- ‘हम निर्दोष।
उत्तर प्रदेश के हाथरस कांड में रोज नए दावे सामने आ रहे हैं। इस केस में के आरोपियों ने हाथरस के एसपी को पत्र लिखा है। इस पत्र में उन्होंने कहा है कि पूरा मामला ऑनर किलिंग का है। मामले में चार आरोपियों ने जेल से भेजे गए पत्र में लिखा है कि मुख्य आरोपी संदीप के साथ पीड़िता की दोस्ती थी। पीड़िता के घरवालों को यह बात मंजूर हीं थी। पूरा परिवार इसे लेकर नाराज था। उन्होंने परिवारवालों पर ही पीड़िता को मारने का आरोप लगाया है।
हाथरस एसपी को जेल से लिखे गए पत्र में आरोपियों लवकुश, रवि, रामकुरमार उर्फ रामू और संदीप उर्फ चंदू ने अपने अंगूठे भी लगाए हैं। उन्होंने दावा किया है कि उनके ऊपर लगाए गए सारे आरोप झूठे हैं। उन्हें गलत ढंग से जेल में बंद किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा है कि घटना के बाद अलग-अलग दिन पर आरोपियों के नाम शामिल किए गए और उन लोगों को जेल भेजा गया।

दरअसल पुलिस की जांच में खुलासा हुआ था कि मुख्य आरोपी और पीड़िता के परिवार के बीच 5 महीने में 100 कॉल हुई थीं। इसपर पीड़िता के भाई ने अपने खिलाफ साजिश करार दिया है। पीड़िता के परिवार का कहना है कि वे लोग आरोपी के संपर्क में नहीं थे। उन्होंने कथित कॉल डीटेल रेकॉर्ड की सत्यता पर भी सवाल खड़े कर दिए।
क्या है पूरा मामला?
बता दे आरोप है कि हाथरस के बूलगढ़ी गांव में 14 सितंबर को 4 लोगों ने 19 साल की लड़की से गैंगरेप किया था। आरोपियों ने लड़की की रीढ़ की हड्डी तोड़ दी और उसकी जीभ भी काट दी थी। जसिके बाद दिल्ली में इलाज के दौरान पीड़िता ने दम तोड़ दिया था और नतीजन चारों आरोपी गिरफ्तार कर लिए गए थे। हालांकि, पुलिस का दावा है कि दुष्कर्म नहीं हुआ था।
इस मामले के तूल पकड़ने के बीच योगी सरकार ने हाथरस गैंगरेप मामले की सीबीआई जांच के आदेश दे दिए। हालांकि पीड़िता के भाई ने कहा कि हम चाहते थे कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज की निगरानी में मामले की जांच की जाए। वहीं, पीड़िता का रात में दाह संस्कार कराने को लेकर भी प्रशासन निशाने पर है।
