CBI ने कानपुर के ,युवक को विदेश साइबर स्कैम में भर्ती कराने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार

केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (CBI) ने कानपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश के कृष्ण कुमार लाखवानी को गिरफ्तार किया है, जिस पर विदेशी “साइबर स्कैम कंपाउंड” में भारतीय नागरिकों को भर्ती कराने और संगठित साइबर धोखाधड़ी नेटवर्क से जोड़ने का आरोप है।

आरोपी कौन है और क्या था आरोप?

  • आरोपी: कृष्ण कुमार लाखवानी (कानपुर, यूपी)

  • कथित कार्य: विदेशों में स्थित साइबर फ्रॉड नेटवर्क के लिए भारतीय युवाओं को भर्ती करना, विशेषकर कंबोडिया जैसे देशों में।

युवाओं को कैसे फंसाया गया

जांच में सामने आया कि लाखवानी ने नौजवान नौकरी चाहने वालों को आकर्षक विदेशी रोजगार के अवसर के नाम पर लुभाया।

  • पदों का हवाला: डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर, कस्टमर सपोर्ट एग्जीक्यूटिव

  • विश्वास जीतने के बाद, प्रत्येक उम्मीदवार से $300–$400 लिए गए और दिल्ली से विदेश यात्रा का प्रबंध किया गया।

स्कैम कंपाउंड में शोषण

विदेश पहुंचने के बाद पीड़ितों को कथित तौर पर साइबर धोखाधड़ी ऑपरेशन में भाग लेने के लिए मजबूर किया गया, जिसमें उन्हें भारत के नागरिकों को ठगने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया गया।

  • पीड़ितों को कंपाउंड में कठोर नियंत्रण और गलत तरीके से बंद रखा गया

  • उन्हें धमकियों और अपमानजनक परिस्थितियों में साइबर अपराध करने के लिए मजबूर किया गया

  • इन व्यक्तियों को अक्सर “साइबर स्लेव” कहा जाता है

गिरफ्तारी और सबूत

  • CBI ने सूचना और निगरानी के आधार पर आरोपी को भारत में इंटरसेप्ट किया और पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया।

  • आरोपी के मोबाइल फोन की जांच की गई, जिसमें: संभावित उम्मीदवारों के इंटरव्यू करने के वीडियो और कई भारतीय उम्मीदवारों के पासपोर्ट की तस्वीरें

साइबर अपराध गतिविधियां

जांच एजेंसी के अनुसार, पीड़ितों को पहचान की चोरी (Identity Theft) और डिजिटल अरेस्ट स्कैम जैसी साइबर अपराध गतिविधियों में शामिल किया गया।

आगे की कार्रवाई

CBI ने कहा कि इस व्यापक साइबर फ्रॉड नेटवर्क से जुड़े अन्य संदिग्धों की जांच अभी जारी है।
