उत्तर प्रदेश में आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर सियासत तेज है. इसी के चलते यूपी चुनाव में कांग्रेस के ‘लड़की हूं, लड़ सकती हूं’ अभियान की पोस्टर गर्ल प्रियंका मौर्य ने चुनाव से पहले भारतीय जनता पार्टी का दामन थाम लिया है. उनके साथ समाजवादी पार्टी के विधायक प्रमोद गुप्ता भी गुरुवार को पार्टी में शामिल हुए. इससे पहले मुलायम सिंह यादव की बहू अपर्णा यादव ने बीजेपी का दामन थामा था.

बता दें कि खबर आई थी कि चूंकि कांग्रेस ने उनको विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए टिकट नहीं दिया है, इस वजह से प्रियंका बीजेपी ज्वाइन करने को लेकर विचार कर रही हैं. उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव सात चरणों में 10 फरवरी से 7 मार्च तक होंगे. मतों की गिनती 10 मार्च को होगी.
