प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा राजस्थान के बांसवाड़ा में आयोजित एक रैली के दौरान मुस्लिमों समुदाय पर टिप्पणी करने के बाद से सोशल मीडिया पर समुदाय विशेष को लेकर कई दावे वायरल हो रहे हैं। ऐसे में फेसबुक पर एक वीडियो वायरल हो रहा है जिसमें एक पुलिस अफसर एक बाइक सवार युवक को जोरदार कई थप्पड़ झड़ते हुए नजर आ रहे हैं। इसी वीडियो को सोशल मीडिया पर हालिया दिनों में शेयर कर दावा किया जा रहा है कि “महताब आलम” (समुदाय विशेष से ताल्लुक रखने वाला शख्स) नाम का यह युवक कॉलेज जाती एक हिन्दू समुदाय की युवती को छेड़ रहा था। जिसके बाद पुलिस ने ऑन स्पॉट तुरंत एक्शन लेते हुए उसे तुरंत सबक सिखाया।

फेसबुक पर वायरल वीडियो को शेयर कर हिंदी भाषा के कैप्शन में लिखा गया है कि “महताब आलम” आते-जाते हिंदू लड़कियों से छेड़छाड़ कर उन्हें रोज परेशान कर रहा था, एक हिंदू परिवार ने उसके डर से अपनी लड़की की पढ़ाई ही बंद करने का फ़ैसला कर लिया था। परंतु योगी बाबा की UP Police ने महताब आलम को बहुत अच्छे तरीक़े से सबक सिखाया..! Up पुलिस और मनानीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री MYogiAdityanath जी महाराज की जितने तारीफ की जाए कम है।

न्यूज़मोबाइल की पड़ताल में हमने जाना कि वायरल वीडियो हालिया दिनों का नहीं बल्कि साल 2022 के दौरान का है।

सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल यह वीडियो देखने में हमें कुछ पुराना लगा। जिसके बाद सच्चाई जानने के लिए हमने पड़ताल की। इसलिए सबसे पहले हमने वायरल वीडियो को कुछ कीफ्रेम्स में बदला और फिर गूगल पर रिवर्स इमेज सर्च टूल के माध्यम से खोजना शुरू किया। खोज के दौरान हमें Vinay Saxena नामक एक पत्रकार की ट्विटर प्रोफाइल के एक पोस्ट पर वायरल वीडियो मिला। पोस्ट को प्रोफाइल पर अप्रैल 07, 2022 को अपलोड किया गया था।

पोस्ट के मुताबिक वायरल वीडियो उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ जिले से सटे कानपूर जनपद का है। जहां एक शोहदे द्वारा स्कूल छात्रा से छेड़खानी करने के आरोप में तत्कालीन एसीपी त्रिपुरारी पांडेय ने यह एक्शन लिया था।

उपरोक्त पोस्ट पर मिली जानकारी की पुष्टि व वायरल पोस्ट की अधिक जानकारी के लिए हमने गूगल पर और बारीकी से खोजना शुरू किया। खोज के दौरान हमें प्रभात खबर नामक वेबसाइट पर वायरल वीडियो के संबंध में एक लेख प्रकाशित मिला। जिसे 08 अप्रैल, 2022 को छापा गया था।

 

लेख के मुताबिक, कानपुर के कर्नलगंज एरिया के एसीपी ने कॉलेज की लड़की का पीछा करने वाले और उस पर कमेंट करने वाले मनचले को अनोखे तरीके से सबक सिखाया था। उन्होंने बीच रोड पर लड़की के सामने ही पुलिस अधिकारी ने उस मनचले को बाइक के साथ पकड़ लिया। इसके बाद ताबड़तोड़ 5 सेकेंड में 5 थप्पड़ जड़ दिए। इस मामले को लेकर पुलिस ने तब मीडिया को बताया था कि लड़की के पिता ने पुलिस में शिकायत की थी।

पड़ताल के दौरान हमें अमर उजाला की वेबसाइट पर भी वायरल दावे के संबंध में लेख प्राप्त हुआ। यहाँ भी बताया गया है कि साल 2022 के दौरन कानपुर के कर्नलगंज एरिया के एसीपी ने एक शोहदे को पांच सेकंड में पांच थप्पड़ लगाकर यूँ सबक सिखाया था। लेख के अनुसार, शोहदे की पहचान महताब आलम के तौर पर हुई थी।

वायरल वीडियो की उपरोक्त पड़ताल के दौरान मिले तथ्यों से हमने जाना कि वायरल वीडियो हालिया दिनों की घटना का नहीं बल्कि साल 2022 के दौरान की है। जब कानपूर के कर्नलगंज एरिया के एसीपी ने कॉलेज की लड़की का पीछा करने वाले और उस पर कमेंट करने वाले मनचले को सबक सिखाया था।
