सोनम वांगचुक का बड़ा ऐलान, अनशन तोड़ने के लिए सरकार के सामने रखीं ये 3 शर्तें
सफदरजंग अस्पताल में भर्ती शिक्षाविद और कार्यकर्ता सोनम वांगचुक ने सोशल मीडिया पर एक नोट साझा कर अपने अनशन को समाप्त करने के लिए तीन परिस्थितियाँ स्पष्ट की हैं।
सफदरजंग अस्पताल में भर्ती सोनम वांगचुक ने कहा है कि अगर उनकी तीन में से कोई भी एक शर्त पूरी हो जाती है, तो वे अपना अनशन खत्म करने के लिए तैयार हैं। यह घोषणा उन्होंने सोमवार, 20 जुलाई को ‘कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी’ (CJP) द्वारा प्रस्तावित संसद मार्च के दिन की है।
वांगचुक की तीन प्रमुख मांगें
वांगचुक ने अपने समर्थकों के नाम लिखे संदेश में स्पष्ट किया है कि वे अपना अनशन निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में ही समाप्त करेंगे:

जवाबदेही: यदि केंद्र सरकार शिक्षा प्रणाली में हालिया विफलताओं, विशेष रूप से परीक्षा पेपर लीक के मामलों की जिम्मेदारी लेती है।

संसद में चर्चा: यदि उन्हें और CJP के नेतृत्व को संसद तक पहुंचने की अनुमति दी जाए, जहां वे सांसदों और विभिन्न दलों के नेताओं को अपनी मांगें सीधे प्रस्तुत कर सकें और वे इस मुद्दे को संसद में उठाने का आश्वासन दें।

अस्पताल में मुलाकात: यदि स्वास्थ्य कारणों से वांगचुक का वहां जाना संभव न हो, तो संसद के प्रतिनिधि अस्पताल आकर उन्हें यह आश्वासन दें।
‘अवैध हिरासत’ का आरोप
वांगचुक ने अस्पताल में अपनी स्थिति को “अवैध हिरासत” करार दिया है। उन्होंने अपने नोट के अंत में लिखा, “सफदरजंग अस्पताल में मेरी अवैध हिरासत से, जहां मेरी बोलने, घूमने और संचार करने की स्वतंत्रता प्रतिबंधित है।”
गौरतलब है कि वांगचुक को दिल्ली पुलिस ने शनिवार, 18 जुलाई को उनके अनशन के 21वें दिन हिरासत में लेकर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया था। उनकी और CJP की मुख्य मांग केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान का नीट (NEET) परीक्षा में अनियमितताओं के कारण इस्तीफा है।
दिल्ली में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था सख्त
संसद का मानसून सत्र शुरू होने और ‘चलो संसद’ मार्च के आह्वान के चलते दिल्ली पुलिस हाई अलर्ट पर है। जंतर-मंतर और संसद के आसपास भारी पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया है। साथ ही, नई दिल्ली जिले में बीएनएसएस (BNSS) की धारा 163 के तहत निषेधाज्ञा लागू कर दी गई है। दिल्ली पुलिस ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इस मार्च के लिए कोई अनुमति नहीं दी गई है।
