मानसून सत्र का हंगामेदार आगाज, विपक्ष के भारी विरोध के बाद लोकसभा दोपहर तक स्थगित
NEET विवाद और राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट में कथित गबन के मुद्दे पर विपक्ष ने किया हंगामा, स्पीकर ने की शांति की अपील।
नई दिल्ली: संसद के मानसून सत्र का पहला दिन काफी हंगामेदार रहा। जैसे ही सोमवार को लोकसभा की कार्यवाही शुरू हुई, विपक्ष के भारी विरोध और नारेबाजी के कारण सदन को दोपहर 12 बजे तक के लिए स्थगित करना पड़ा।
सदन की कार्यवाही शुरू होने पर लोकसभा स्पीकर ओम बिरला ने पूर्व सांसदों को श्रद्धांजलि दी। इसके तुरंत बाद, विपक्षी सांसदों ने NEET परीक्षा में कथित अनियमितताओं और अयोध्या में श्री राम जन्मभूमि तीर्थ क्षेत्र ट्रस्ट में चंदे के कथित गबन के मामले पर चर्चा की मांग को लेकर हंगामा शुरू कर दिया।
स्पीकर ने की सहयोग की अपील
हंगामे के बीच, लोकसभा स्पीकर ओम बिरला ने विपक्षी सदस्यों से बार-बार आग्रह किया कि वे सदन को चलने दें। उन्होंने सदस्यों से अपनी सीट पर बने रहने और कार्यवाही में सहयोग करने की अपील की, लेकिन नारेबाजी जारी रही। नतीजतन, स्पीकर को सदन की कार्यवाही दोपहर 12 बजे तक स्थगित करनी पड़ी।
सरकार पर विपक्ष का हमला
सत्र शुरू होने से पहले ही कांग्रेस नेताओं ने सरकार पर निशाना साधा था। कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई ने सरकार पर गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि सरकार इन महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर चर्चा के लिए “तैयार नहीं” है। उन्होंने कहा, “पूरा देश जानता है कि ये इस मानसून सत्र के लिए बुनियादी मुद्दे हैं, लेकिन सरकार के पास कोई एजेंडा नहीं है”।
इससे पहले, कांग्रेस सांसद केसी वेणुगोपाल ने लोकसभा में स्थगन प्रस्ताव का नोटिस भी दिया था, जिसमें राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट में चंदे के कथित गबन पर चर्चा की मांग की गई थी।
बता दें कि संसद का यह मानसून सत्र सोमवार से शुरू होकर 13 अगस्त तक चलेगा।
