पुलिस जांच में सामने आया है कि आरोपी बसुदेव मलिक का मृतक सुनील नायक की पत्नी पुष्पा के साथ संबंध था। इसी रिश्ते के चलते आरोपी ने सुनील से दोस्ती बढ़ाई और उसे शराब पीने के लिए बाहर ले गया।
शराब के बाद की वारदात
दोनों ने साथ बैठकर शराब पी, लेकिन इसी दौरान आरोपी ने मौका पाकर सुनील पर हमला कर दिया। उसने चाकू से गला रेतकर उसकी हत्या कर दी।
शव को ठिकाने लगाने की कोशिश
हत्या के बाद आरोपी ने शव को प्लास्टिक बैग में भरकर बोम्मासंद्रा इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया के पास एक बार के नजदीक फेंक दिया, ताकि पुलिस को गुमराह किया जा सके।
पुलिस की कार्रवाई
पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर लिया है और आरोपी को हिरासत में ले लिया गया है। हत्या में इस्तेमाल किया गया हथियार भी बरामद कर लिया गया है। अब यह जांच की जा रही है कि इस अपराध में किसी और की भी भूमिका थी या नहीं।
