फेसबुक के कैप्शन में लिखा है – “कर्मचारी सोच रहे थे किसान का मसला है, लेकिन कमाई करने वाला बचेगा कोई नहीं, धीरे धीरे सब का नम्बर आने वाला है”

कीवर्ड की मदद से, हमे 13 मई, 2020 की फाइनेंशियल एक्सप्रेस में एक समाचार रिपोर्ट मिली, जिसमें दावा किया गया था कि केंद्र ने स्पष्ट किया है कि वे कोरोनोवायरस महामारी के कारण केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों के वेतन में किसी भी कटौती के प्रस्ताव पर विचार नहीं कर रहे हैं।

इसके अलावा, हमे 11 मई, 2020 को बिजनेस स्टैंडर्ड की एक समाचार रिपोर्ट भी मिली, जिसमें कहा गया था कि वित्त मंत्रालय ने अपने कर्मचारियों के वेतन में कटौती की योजना के बारे में सारी रिपोर्टों का खंडन किया है।

आगे और जांच करने पर, हमें 8 दिसंबर, 2020 की इकोनॉमिक टाइम्स द्वारा एक और समाचार रिपोर्ट मिली, जिसमें दावा किया गया था कि
भारतीय कंपनियों में वेतन बढ़ोतरी का एक नया नियम अप्रैल 2021 तक प्रभावित होगा।

लेख के अनुसार, “अप्रैल 2021 तक, वेतन पर्ची, भविष्य निधि (पीएफ) और ग्रेच्युटी घटक, टेक-होम पे और यहां तक ​​कि इंडिया Inc की बैलेंस शीट भी प्रभावित होगी, सरकार के नए मुआवजा नियमों का धन्यवाद, जो पिछले साल संसद द्वारा पारित ‘Code on Wages’ का हिस्सा है।

अगले वित्तीय वर्ष से लागू होने वाली, वेज यानी तनख्वाह की नई परिभाषा (जिसमें निजी क्षेत्र में अधिकारियों के वेतन शामिल हैं) वो पूरे कंपनसेशन में से अल्लोवान्सेस यानी गुज़ारा भत्ते को 50 % तक कम कर देगी। जिसका मतलब है कि बेसिक पे (सरकारी नौकरियों में, मूल वेतन के साथ महंगाई भत्ता ) को या तो 50 % होना रहेगा या कुल पे से थोड़ा ज़्यादा।

इसके अलावा हमे PIB का फैक्ट चेक भी मिला जिसमें उन्होंने बताया था कि ये दावा – ” श्रम क़ानून में बदलाव होने के कारण अगले वर्ष से सरकारी कर्मचारियों का वेतन कम हो जाएगा” , फेक है।

इसीलिए हम दावा कर सकते है कि अगले वित्तीय वर्ष से सरकारी कर्मचारियों के वेतन में कमी वाला दावा भ्रामक है।
